What products do you offer?

Swiss Fittings offers fluid technology products produced from stainless steel, copper and carbon steel. The key product categories are stainless steel pipe fittings, threaded fittings, press fittings, valves, compression fittings, flanges, butt weld fittings, pipes and tubes. Furthermore, Swiss Fittings offers direct deliveries from the production site of OEM products, according to clients’ drawings and dimensions.

How long does delivery usually take?

Delivery from stock within Germany takes approx. 1-3 days, while delivery to the United Kingdom, Netherlands, Italy, France and Austria takes 3-4 days. Delivery to the United States will generally take up to 5 working days (air freight). Orders placed before 12:00 noon (GMT+2), are shipped on the same day. Swiss Fittings also offers express deliveries on an inquiry basis.

What is the current payment method offered?

The current payment method for international clients is PayPal. This allows the customer to make payments via credit cards and debit cards.

What companies are used to forward the freight?

Swiss Fittings mainly uses Dynamic Parcel Distribution (DPD) for fittings, valves, flanges and compression fittings. For larger orders and direct shipment from the production, Swiss Fittings cooperates with several different freight forwarders, including DHL and Dachser.

Do you deliver to the USA?

Swiss Fittings delivers directly incoterm via DDP to the United States. For more details, please do not hesitate to send us your inquiry. Delivery time is 4-5 business days.

Can I purchase directly from production?

Swiss Fittings has its own production facility for forging and precision casting. We can directly deliver standard items, if the total amount is economically feasible. Production including delivery by sea generally takes 60 to 90 days. Other methods of shipment offered are rail and air. Swiss Fittings is always keen to develop and produce items according to clients’ dimensions and drawings (OEM). We are experts in stainless steel and carbon steel items. Furthermore, we are proficient regarding global freight regulations and laws, including any current anti-dumping tariffs on specific products. Currently, Swiss Fittings delivers DDP to Switzerland, the European Union and United States of America.

Where can I send my inquiry to?

Please send your inquiry to info@swiss-fittings.com. Usually, it will take 2-3 days to provide an offer for items from stock or items directly from our production.

Are extra discounts available?

Swiss Fittings provides discounts based on the staircase model (bulk prices). The greater the quantity ordered per position (item) the lower our cost for packing. We pass this savings on to our clients. The quantity discount is indicated by article. In addition Swiss Fittings sends out seasonal discount codes via our newsletter regularly. For larger projects you may also send us your target prices.

Are my OEM inquiries confidential?

All inquiries including drawings are 100% confidential and will not be passed on to any third parties. Furthermore, Swiss Fittings will not, in any case, offer the items to any third party.
