Stainless Steel Ball Valves Online
Swiss Fittings offers numerous versions of stainless steel ball valves including, flanged ball valves, press ball valves, sanitary valves, and mini ball valves. The three major differing characteristics between these valves are: 1.) Connection Type 2.) ISO-Top 3.) Number of Parts. Swiss Fittings offers stainless steel ball valves with butt weld ends, threaded ends, press ends, and even flange ends. Stainless steel butt weld valves are mostly welded directly to a pipe or butt weld fittings. Whereas, stainless steel ball valves with threaded ends are usually connected to barrel nipples or other fittings that have a similar type of thread. Threaded ball valves either have the British Metric Thread (ISO7-1) or can alternatively be ordered with the NPT thread (America Standard). Beginning in 2017, Swiss Fittings began offering a 2-piece ball valve full-bore with one side having a male thread and the other side female. The stainless-steel ball valve with press ends can be directly pressed together using the appropriate DVGW pipe, and can also be fitted with the GDPRESS fittings. The flanged ball valves are installed with other stainless steel flanges that are usually welded or screwed to a pipe. Further, some valves have an ISO top for pneumatic and electric actuators. Swiss Fittings can install pneumatic actuators for you, or a preassembled valve with an actuator can be ordered. Swiss Fittings offers 1-piece, 2-piece and 3-piece ball valves all with different advantages. The 3-piece ball valves, for instance, can be easily disassembled when compared to the 1- and 2-piece ball valves. Swiss Fittings offers the flange-ended valve either as a 1-piece ball valve (Wafer Full Port Ball Valve) or as a 2-piece flanged ball valve.
Stainless Steel Wafer Ball Valve

All valves have the necessary PED certificate and can be delivered with the test certificate EN 10204. 3.1.
Stainless Steel 2-Pc. Flanged Ball Valve
The 2-pc. flanged ball valve is made from stainless steel 1.4408/CF8M and is available in various dimensions, such as DN20 3/4”, DN25 1” and DN65 2 1/2”. The 2-pc. ball valve with flange ends has a PED CE approval and is delivered with the test certificate EN 10204 3.1 as are most of the ball valves produced and supplied by Swiss Fittings. The smaller sized valves with flange ends can withhold a maximum pressure of PN 40 (Pressure Nominal) while the larger sizes, such as DN80 3”, can withstand a maximum pressure of PN 16.
