Stainless steel sockets are used to connect stainless steel fittings and pipes with outer threads. Swiss Fittings offers these sockets in different materials and lengths. The standard seamless socket is made from pipe, in material graded 1.4404/316L (V4A), which is also available in half lengths. In addition to selling the socket in the standard material, Swiss Fittings also offers the socket seamless in a higher-graded material of 1.4571 (A5). Sockets can also be supplied from cast, in material graded 1.4408, in either half or full lengths. Additionally, the casted female reducing socket is also offered online in a multitude of dimensions.
